Hi, I’m Lynne, a counsellor based in Arundel, West Sussex.
I offer both in-person and online counselling, making it easier to access support in a way that feels comfortable and convenient for you, wherever you are in the UK.
Whatever you are going through, please know that you are not alone, even if it feels that way right now. There was a time in my own life when I felt I needed everything to pause so I could find my balance again. While that wasn’t possible, seeking support from a counsellor was, and I found the experience empowering and life-changing. If you’re struggling, please know you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationship or family difficulties, and the unique challenges that can come with being neurodivergent. Together, we explore your experiences, build resilience, and find ways forward that feel right for you. My aim is to support you in finding greater calm, reconnecting with the things that matter, and strengthening your sense of self.
Where helpful, I also work creatively, tailoring sessions to suit you as an individual. I am also trained to facilitate group therapy, offering additional experience in supporting people through shared challenges and connection.
Everyone connects differently, so the most important part of counselling is finding a style and support that works for you.
If you’d like a free, no-obligation 20-minute telephone or online call to see whether I’m the right person to support you, please feel free to get in touch using the contact form.
